Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that the secret to her staying slim and aglow is simple - a pint of Guinness.Paltrow, who has an amazing bikini body for a 38-year-old mum of two, said that Guinness is infact a pre-awards ceremony ritual for her.
The actress and singer, who performed at The Oscars awards ceremony, confessed to Piers Morgan that she calmed her nerves ‘the Irish way’ with a pint of the black stuff.
Paltrow said, “Guinness is my favourite beer. And there’s two other things – blush and a girdle.”
But as she took to the beach in Barbados last month she didn’t look in need of any help around her mid-section as she showed off an impressively taunt and toned shape.
Dressed in a skimpy blue bikini as she played with her children in the sea, she looked considerably younger.
Needless to say, she shimmered at the Oscars as well.
